The new office spaces of the luxury property developer Euroboden are located inside the Bavaria Studio Campus, positioned on the ground floor and close to a busy street. To respond to this challenge, our interior design seeks to protect the space from the outside and create a special ambiance. Given that large windows surround the space, we applied curtains throughout the whole design. The print designs of these curtains were done using a 'camouflage pattern' by Jürgen Mayer H., one of the architects working for Euroboden who also contributed to some of the sculptures in the interior design. All the furniture was designed by Muck Petzet Architekten to mediate between formal and informal, open and private. Examples include the multi-angled conference table or the built-in sofas and shelving systems that are complemented by unique vintage furniture or designer pieces. The lighting concept employed the new direct-indirect lamp series by Naoto Fukasawa.
